Our fraud protection policy covers you against unauthorised purchases made through Google Checkout®, and we don't share your purchase history or full card number with sellers. Answer: Unfortunately at this stage we do not accept payment by cheque. If we get enough requests in the future we may add this payment option.

Answer: We will aim to ship the goods within one working day of order, we use Royal Mail 1st Class post on all orders so your package should arrive within 2-4 working days. If a product is not in stock we will contact you to let you know when we will be able to despatch your goods, if this time frame is unacceptable we will refund your purchase, or ship the remaining items ordered.

Answer: Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the UK. This is a company policy for environmental reasons - we don't want to add to the carbon footprint of products by shipping them abroad when it's probable they are available in other countries from a local supplier. Answer: There are about 9,000 chemicals used in cosmetics and very few of them have any safety data available. Unlike the food industry, the cosmetic industry is self regulated. Many products are only tested for basic toxicity, for instance, if the skin has any initial reaction such as inflammation or rashes. Perhaps more worryingly there is little research available on toxic chemical build up within the body and the effect this may have for your future health.

Furthermore, these products are not tested for their effect on the environment and ecological systems. This is a huge concern, as chemicals from household products have been found in the cells of many animal species ranging across the food chain, from plankton to arctic polar bears.

Answer: None of our products have been tested on animals.

Answer: In the current market, it is cheaper to mass produce products using chemical ingredients. Natural and organic products are generally made on a smaller scale and use more expensive natural ingredients. However, as support for the use of natural and organic products rises we would hope that the prices become more competitve.

Answer: All of our delivery packaging from the boxes right down to the filling and packing tape is 100% recyclable.

Answer: We use Royal Mail to deliver all goods, but we also carbon offset all deliveries through Climate Care.
